To protect our brand identity and ensure our #WearItFam gets nothing but authentic quality, we strictly enforce the following policy:
1.Original Designs & Intellectual Property
All artwork, Urdu typography, specific collection names, design layouts, and product photography displayed on our official handles are the intellectual property of WearItbyHafsa.
Replicating, copying, printing, or reselling our designs under any other brand name, local shop, or online marketplace (including Daraz, TikTok Shop, etc.) without our written consent is strictly prohibited.
2. Official Sourcing Only
Our products are ONLY manufactured by us and sold exclusively through our official Instagram handle and our official WooCommerce website.We do not authorize any third-party sellers, local vendors, or wholesalers to manufacture or distribute our apparel. Any piece bought outside our official channels is a counterfeit (replica) and does not represent our fabric or print quality.
3. Policy on Collaborations & Features
We maintain a strict policy of only accepting collaborations, tags, and PR features from creators who are wearing 100% original pieces sourced directly from our store.
We reserve the right to decline or instantly remove any collaboration or tag that features a counterfeit or replicated version of our design.
4. Legal Action Against Infringement
We actively monitor social media and local markets for design theft.
Any page or business found stealing our artwork or using our original product pictures will face immediate Intellectual Property Violation reports (leading to permanent account takedown) and appropriate legal notices for copyright infringement.
